Self-Empowerment Programme for Children - A 10-Week Journey
Overview: Embark on a transformative journey with MBS and Learning.gi in Gibraltar through our Self-Empowerment Programme designed specifically for children in Comprehensive School. This collaborative initiative aims to provide a safe and nurturing environment for personal growth, fostering coaching skills, self-awareness, resilience, and well-being. Each week, children will explore various holistic modalities, including Creative Expression, Sound Healing, Yoga, Mindfulness and more, applying Emotional Regulation, Neuro-Linguistic & Cognitive skills to enhance their understanding of the mind-body-soul connection.
This course will be highly benefitial for students who are interested in pursuing studies in the field of Mental and Emotional Health and Wellness, aiming to expand their toolbox of knowledge and inspire them in their academic and professional pursuits.

The course integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Breathwork, Yoga, Tai Chi, Creative Expression, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Energy Techniques, Sound Healing, and a Holistic Approach.
