Overview: Join us for a delectable journey into the world of no-bake culinary creations! This series of courses is designed to inspire children aged 8 and above to explore the joys of cooking without the need for an oven. Each session is packed with fun, nutritious recipes and engaging activities centred around breakfasts, snacks, and desserts. Whether you're a budding chef or simply curious about food, come join us for a hands-on culinary experience! 


Course Outline: 


Session 1: Rise and Shine Breakfasts 

  • Breakfast Wraps 

  • Smoothie and Yogurt Parfaits 

  • Nutrition Lesson: Importance of Eating Breakfast 


Session 2: Snack Attack 

  • Granola Bars

MJ is a REGISTERED NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST, HEALTH COACH, BREATH WORK FACILITATOR AND CHEF EDUCATOR.
I help busy people gain more energy, clarity, and support their health- in a holistic way.

My mission when working with clients is to guide and support them with managing stress in their daily life, providing tools to develop new habits and learn to be resilient for years to come.

I lead a busy life working two full time jobs as a restaurant owner and teacher. I was equally passionate about my career and my family life being a mother and wife, but was left with poor work life balance and most importantly I didn't know how to take time for my own health. My body began to let me know that something had to change.

Studying Nutritional Therapy and Breath work have taught me how to live a life of balance and I am able to live a full life and handle whatever comes my way with energy and focus!
